As someone who has always been the go-to person for friends, family, and colleagues seeking guidance during difficult times, I recognized a profound need for professional conflict resolution services that bridge the gap between informal advice and traditional remedies or legal intervention. The catalyst for founding Serenity Solutions came after taking an Entrepreneurship class specifically focused on starting a Dispute Resolution Business. Coupled with various instances of successfully mediating complex family and acquaintance disputes that had torn apart relationships both professional and personal.

These experiences highlighted the tremendous impact that skilled conflict resolution could have on people lives. It also revealed a significant market gap: while there were plenty of lawyers and therapists available, few professionals specialized in the specific art and science of conflict resolution. Drawing from my background in International Relations and Public Administration and years of experience in the Public Sector, I developed a unique approach that combines evidence-base conflict resolution techniques with emotional intelligence and practical problem-solving.
